Episode 21

Sherwin Daryani of Operation Kindness stops by “For the Love of Dogs” to discuss his organization’s mission of “a world where all cats and dogs have loving, responsible, forever homes.” Operation Kindness has been operating in North Texas since 1976.

Episode 22

Bonnie Hill of Kaufman County Animal Awareness Project stopped by to discuss her organization’s focus on stopping the needless death and suffering of animals by providing low-cost spay/neuter services. Overall, Kaufman County Animal Awareness Project has performed 60,000 spay/neuter surgeries, and will perform about 15,000 this year.

Episode 23

Texas A & M Veterinary Emergency Team director Dr. Wesley Bisset joined Arthur and Farah to discuss his organization’s efforts assisting animals – both pets and strays – in the wake of natural disasters.

Episode 24

In this week’s episode, Tawana Couch – also known as “The Animal Rescuer” – stopped by to discuss how she got started in animal rescue, and the many dogs she has saved since. In addition to her rescue efforts, Tawana has also written two books: “The Dog Rescuer” and “Loving Rescue Dogs.” Her commitment to animal rescue can serve as an inspiration to all.

Maeleska Fletes and Tammy Lewis of Dallas Companion Animal Project join Arthur and Farah in this episode to discuss the organization’s mission of guiding the community toward increasing programs to end the killing of adoptable homeless animals.
